yesterday after service, nina, wei en, my bro, eduard, aaron and i went to visit kevin at the Communicable Diseases Centre. he was admitted due to dengue, which he got from a mission trip to indonesia with his dad. we were there from 5 to 8, talking, playing cards and watching tv. haha. he looks rather okay, hope he can be discharged soon and go JYC camp. (: anyway, CDC is such a horrible place to stay in, practically run down and all. the patients inside must be feeling quite miserable. but it is rather close to nature la, plants and everything.

so we left the place at 8 after praying for kevin, and i found out that i have a very fast way to get home from Novena/Toa Payoh/Braddel. always thought i have to travel all the way down the mrt line, when i can actually stop at newton to take a fast bus home. haha.

today had training in the morning, did 5 sets of 6.30 instead of 10 cause we're tapering already for this sunday. both my forth toes are painful and one is blood clotting. hope it's not the shoes cause i would have to endure till april. I JUST BOUGHT THEM!!

okay later im going to kinokuniya with my parents to buy books using the $300 bucks voucher my mum got. shiok.
